KNOCK- A-DOOR-RUN: NOT JUST A BIT OF FUN |

Knock-a-Door-Run: Not Just a Bit of Fun We’re reminding everyone—especially young people—that *knock-a-door-run* in our residential areas isn’t harmless fun. What might seem like a quick laugh can have a real impact on others. Over the past few months, we have seen an increase in incidents being reported by members of the public.
🔹 It causes distress, particularly to elderly or vulnerable residents who may feel anxious or unsafe. 🔹 It disrupts households, especially those with young children, shift workers, or anyone relying on rest. 🔹 It can escalate, leading to avoidable conflict or putting individuals at risk if a confrontation occurs. 🔹 It’s considered anti-social behaviour, and repeated incidents can lead to police involvement.
We want our neighbourhood to be a place where everyone feels safe and respected. Please speak with young people about the consequences of this behaviour and help us keep our community peaceful. 💙
If you witness ongoing issues, report them via **101** or online through the Neighbourhood Police portal.
Let’s look out for each other. 👥💙 | ||
